Lockdown Letters Show Appreciation for Healthcare Heroes

Volunteers from across the country are showing their appreciation for our healthcare heroes.
Lockdown Letters was started by students as a way to show appreciation to frontline workers who are dedicating their time and energy to support our communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Volunteers write letters of appreciation and encouragement to frontline workers. To date, these letters have been sent to frontline workers in more than 25 states.
CHI St. Vincent recently received a group of these letters. Click here to scroll through the letters we received.
The letters, written by children and adults, show their deep appreciation and gratitude for all tireless work and sacrifice by our healthcare heroes.
In addition to those working in healthcare, letters have been sent to grocery workers, transportation personnel and others working to keep communities safe during the pandemic.
