New Catertrax Portal for Ordering Floor Stock and Catering

There’s a new way to order floor stock and catering from the food and nutrition services team! CHI St. Vincent has partnered with Catertrax to create a new portal for quickly ordering any food needs for your team or floor.

In the past, coworkers have requested food and beverage needs by calling or texting or emailing someone on the food and nutrition services team. Those requests could get delayed, mixed up, or lost as team members fielded multiple tasks from all over the market. Catertrax eliminates that process altogether.

To start, you’ll select your hospital location (in Morrilton, select “St. Vincent North” as a temporary solution until your location is added). You’ll then be able to start your order for either catering or floor stock. Floor stock includes everyday items like coffee, cereal, canned soup, and other necessities for patients and coworkers. Catering is prepared food that is served fresh and needs to be ordered a few days in advance.

Once you have your order, you’ll be asked to provide your supervisor’s email and cost center number so that your order can be approved and the appropriate department is charged. The correct supervisor and cost center must be entered, or the order will not populate for the food and nutrition services team.
