Welcome Matthew Law, M.D., new hospitalist

The Hospitalist has joined the hospitalist group at CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. Hospitalists manage patient care through the entire hospital stay. Often the care begins in the emergency department, continuing through the inpatient care unit and finally organizing the care patients need after discharge from the hospital. Hospitalists also provide details of the patient’s care to the primary care physician.

Law recently completed his internal medicine residency at Tulane University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences – College of Medicine; a Master of Science in Cell & Molecular Biology at Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn.
