New Scrub Colors, Dress Code Policy Now in Effect
The Professional Image Dress Policy was updated in the fall and is now officially in effect for CHI St. Vincent coworkers. This includes scrub color changes.
Biggest updates coworkers should know about:
- RN’s new scrub color – navy blue
- Respiratory’s new scrub color – grey
- T-shirts only allowed on designated day
“The dress code matters. The dress code protects coworkers and patients from infection and maintaining a professional appearance can help establish trust with patients. It is perfectly aligned with our core value of Excellence,” said Sunetta M. Alexander, Market Director, HR Operations, “We are all responsible for adhering to our dress code and holding others accountable and this is perfectly aligned with our core value of Integrity. Going forward, strict adherence will be expected.”
