North Presents Maggie Pemberton with Service Hero Award

Congratulations Maggie Pemberton, RNRP, 3N, for being chosen as a North Service Hero! 

She was nominated by a coworker for her compassion toward a patient.

There was a patient that had been on the unit for a while. Maggie took the patient’s clothes home, washed them and brought them back to the patient on her day off! She also brought the patient some candy and some coke.

“This shows how compassionate and genuinely happy she was to do this for the patient.”
