Patient Safety Week Search and Scramble Winners

We have eight winners of the Patient Safety Week search and word scramble puzzles.  The games helped increase awareness about patient safety issues and how mistakes can be avoided.  Thanks to all who submitted forms. Winners were selected through a drawing and received a Safety First blanket.  Below are photos of the winners.
