Dr. Ross Brown Receives Service Hero After Multiple Nominations

Dr. Ross Brown, an emergency physician at Hot Springs, received multiple nominations for the Service Hero award! One of his nominations reads: “He goes the extra mile for every patient, including family members, ensuring confidence and a sense of comfort while being cared for at CHI! He is one of the most compassionate doctors I have had the pleasure of working alongside.”

Recently Dr. Brown had to break the news to a wife that her husband had passed away. After telling her, he sat and listened compassionately while the wife processed the loss. It was a busy time in the ER, but Dr. Ross took his time with the woman, giving no indication that he was busy.
