CommonSpirit MyVoice Survey Returns for 2026
The annual CommonSpirit Health MyVoice Survey will be open from April 27 until May 15, and we want all CHI St. Vincent coworkers to participate!
The MyVoice Survey is your chance to confidentially sound off on the topics that matter most to you at work. On April 27, you will receive a personal survey link at your CommonSpirit email address. You can use that link to take the survey, or you can visit https://myemployeeexperience.org and take the survey there. You can also scan the QR code on the flyer at any hospital time clock. Or, if you prefer, a computer room will be set up at three hospitals April 27 from 9am – 5pm and April 28 – May 1 from 7am – 4pm in the following locations:
- Infirmary – Terrace Room
- Hot Springs – Catherine’s Room
- North – Admin Conference Room
All coworkers who complete the survey will receive free wireless earbuds! In addition, employees who complete the survey will be eligible for 1,000 MyWellness points (an email will be sent to you with a special code to redeem your points).
CommonSpirit wants to hear from as many employees as possible on the MyVoice Survey. The survey is administered through a third-party that keeps all responses confidential. Nobody with CommonSpirit Health will be able to know who provided a specific response. Make sure to check your inbox on April 27 and complete the survey!
