Stephanie Bailey Praised for Rebuilding Hot Springs Volunteer Program

Congratulations Stephanie Bailey, Manager of Volunteer and Guest Services, on being named a Hot Springs Service Hero!

CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs has a dedicated group of volunteers and are considered instrumental to the functioning of the facility. After COVID, volunteer numbers have been down.

“The process of rebuilding our volunteer program was a daunting task, but Stephanie Bailey took this on and has not only grown the program, but is making an impact on the community through her efforts.”

Community members have also written in about the impact the Junior Volunteer program has had in their lives.

“I wanted to take a moment and thank you for allowing our foster son, Drew, to participate in the Jr. Volunteer program this summer. The time spent at CHI, volunteering with your diverse and professional staff, has made a great impact on him.”

Another letter stated their child’s experience was impactful and they learned lessons that will continue to benefit them in the future.

“Stephanie Bailey did a wonderful job with all of the kids and should be commended.”

“Her dedication to our ministry and the compassion she shows for others are just two of the reasons I feel Stephanie should be a Service Hero.”
