Well-Being Expo & Flu Shot Dates Set at Each Facility

Learn more about health plans, insurance and other benefit options during the upcoming Well-being Expos. Flu shots will be available at the expos, and our partners will host booths to help you make the most of discounts and other available benefits.

Attending the Well-Being Expo is especially important if you’re considering making changes or additions to your benefits during open enrollment, which runs from Oct. 10-31.

Infirmary (Terrace Room)
Wednesday, Oct. 24 | 7am – 3:30pm

Morrilton (Employee Dining Room)
Thursday, Oct. 25  | 7am – 3pm

Hot Springs (Mercy/McAuley Room)
Monday, Oct. 29 | 7am – 3:30pm

North (Admin. Conference Room)
Tuesday, Oct. 30 | 7am – 3pm

Flu shots will also be available during the times listed below.

All coworkers, including contract coworkers, are required to have the flu shot by Dec. 7. Spouses covered under the health plan will also be able to get a flu shot if accompanied by their spouse or if they bring a ticket to Employee Health.

Little Rock – Infirmary
Monday-Friday, Oct. 8-Dec. 7
7am-3:30pm (Employee Health Human Resources)

After hours schedule (3E Conference Room)
Wednesday, Oct. 10, 17, 24 and 31, 7am-7pm
Sunday, Nov. 11 and Saturday, Nov. 24, 2-9pm. Employee Health coworkers will round to make sure each shift has received their shot.

Hot Springs
Monday-Friday, Oct. 8-Dec. 7
7am-3:30pm (Employee Health Human Resources)

Sunday, Nov. 10 and Saturday, Dec. 1, 2-9pm. Employee Health coworkers will round to make sure each shift has received their shot.
