2% Pay Increase Effective in September

As part of our Living Our Mission journey, recruiting and retaining coworkers remains a significant goal for our ministry’s success. To stay market competitive, a 2% pay increase will become effective on September 24 and will reflect on the October 13 paychecks. (CHIPs coworkers’ raises are effective September 17 and will reflect on their October 6 paychecks.)

Coworkers not eligible include:

  • Leaders who will receive merit increases based upon their Leadership Evaluation Manager (LEM) results
  • Physicians
  • Nurses
  • PRNs
  • Coworkers hired on or after July 1, 2017
  • Coworkers on a final warning or Performance Improvement Plan

Coworkers who are at the top of their salary grade or become topped out due to the 2% increase will be paid the full or remaining amount in 26 equal payments.
