Action Required to Maintain Access to St. Vincent Systems

All employees of CHI St. Vincent must acknowledge the Data Asset Usage Policy (DAUP) by Wednesday, Sept. 30, to maintain access to St. Vincent systems. The DAUP governs all use of data throughout CommonSpirt Health and is an important part of guaranteeing safe and secure patient data handling. Here are the key points and action items everyone needs to read and complete:

• Action Needed: Visit access.commonspirit.org to complete the DAUP acknowledgement.
• Deadline: September 30, 2026. This has been updated from the June 30, 2026 deadline.
• Potential Impact: Each individual who does not complete the acknowledgment by the deadline may temporarily lose system access.
• Direct Reports: If you are a leader, you can check the DAUP acknowledgement status of your team. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
• Please note: Providers/contractors/volunteers/students also need to complete this action.
