Angel Tree Applications Accepted Through Nov. 3
The CHI St. Vincent Service Excellence Employee Council (SEEC) for North and the Infirmary wants to share the joy of Christmas with you and your family.
If you need extra help this holiday season, please complete their angel tree application.
Angel tree application forms are due Friday, Nov. 3 at noon. Click here to access the application form. All applications are confidential.
Angel tree gifts are for children 12 and under.
To be eligible, applicants must:
- work for CHI St. Vincent of one of its contractors
- be employed at least 90 days
- have no written final warnings on file
- be signed and verified by your supervisor
