Brown Crothall’s February GEM

Congratulations to Ronnie Brown for being name the GEM of the month for Crothall Healthcare Patient Transport Department.

GEM stands for “Great Employees Make Magic” and is an employee recognition program that focuses on quality, customer service, safety, attendance and Crothall core values.

Ronnie comes to work each day with a smile and great attitude. He is committed to the care of our patients and showed his dedication when he drove through the inclement weather in order to be at work to help patient flow.

Ronnie is a great asset to the transport team and CHI St. Vincent.
