Cindy Hughes was recognized as Service Heroes for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.

Cindy, a dietician in Hot Springs, was recognized for the extra care she provided for a new tube feeding patient who required a religious accommodation.

Cindy checked on the patient on her day off, then arranged to have the formula delivered to her house so it wouldn’t risk getting lost with the weekend deliveries to the hospital.

When she received the formula, she brought it in on the weekend to make sure the patient could begin tube feeding as soon as possible.
