Coming Soon: New CommonSpirit Patient Portal and App
On Nov. 1, CHI St. Vincent Medical Clinics in Central Arkansas only will be taking the important step of transitioning to the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, accessible through our website and our mobile app. The portal will simplify and improve our patients’ experience through a single, secure destination to manage their health online. With the new mobile app, patients can view test results, message their care team, pay bills and more.
The CHI St. Vincent hospitals and Hot Springs medical clinics will not be transitioning to the CommonSpirit Patient Portal and Mobile App at this time. Look for more information about the hospital transitions in 2026.
What You Need to Know
- What’s next: We are reaching out to patients next week to let them know about the upcoming transition to the CommonSpirit Patient Portal. We’ll provide an overview of the benefits and also share that the new portal can be accessed through the website and the mobile app.
- Patient Experience: Impact to our patients will vary based on previous patient portal use and where they have received care in the past.
- Central Arkansas Clinic patients who currently use the eCW, GEMMS or Next Gen portal will still be able to access their information in that portal after Nov. 1. Once the patient makes a new account with the CommonSpirit Patient Portal after Nov. 1, their recent health information from eCW, GEMMS and Next Gen will seamlessly transfer to the new portal.
- CommonSpirit brand: The new portal will provide our patients with secure, convenient access to their health information, with an enhanced experience and a refreshed look that reflects the CommonSpirit brand. Once live, some messages and notifications may come from CommonSpirit.
