Coworkers Provide Support to Families

Tremica Henderson RN, Bereavement Coordinator for the Infirmary and Hot Springs, recently represented CHI St. Vincent at the International
Wave of Light Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day on October 15, at the State Capitol.

Tremica along with other local representatives provided encouragement and support to participants who have experienced the loss of a baby.

This day was proclaimed by President Ronald Reagan in October 1988, as a day of remembrance for all babies who have died too soon due to miscarriage, stillbirths, neonatal death and other causes. All families who have experienced the loss of a baby were invited to remember and honor them.
