Dr. Raul Ramirez Named Service Hero at North

Dr. Raul Ramirez was named a Service Hero at North for displaying the value of COMPASSION.

A patient was discharged and needed home equipment that was not covered by insurance.

When Dr. Ramirez became aware of the situation, he went out of his way to ensure the patient had the needed equipment and also offered the patient a wheelchair to use.

With this compassionate gesture, the patient was able to return home.
