Feedback Needed for Coworker Survey Follow Up

If you haven’t already done so, please complete the brief follow up to the Coworker Survey. Your feedback will help us measure our progress since the annual spring survey and see how we can continue to improve.

You’ll only need about five minutes to answer the seven-question survey.

The online survey link and password tips were sent in an email from the HR Support Center on Nov. 12.

If you haven’t completed the pulse survey by Nov. 26, you will get a reminder email directly from Press Ganey, the third-party survey administrator.

Because the reminder email is coming directly from Press Ganey it will include a banner at the top that says, “CAUTION: This email is not from a CHI source. Only click links or open attachments you know are safe.” The links in that message are safe.

Only Press Ganey will know who completed the survey, and those records will stay confidential. Results will be available in December.
