Memorial Fund for Co-worker Shantay Mitchell

The family of Shantay Mitchell, CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas co-worker who died February 18, has established a memorial fund.

Co-workers wishing to help the family with a monetary gift can give by cash, check or credit card.  To donate, please come by the Foundation office on the first floor of the Infirmary at the end of the hallway past Health Information Management (formerly Medical Records). Checks can be made payable to: St. Vincent Foundation and include Shantay Mitchell in the check memo. Or you may call the Foundation at 552-2380. The Foundation has volunteered to provide assistance to make it possible to give donations to the family.
