Help Your Team Win the Road to the Triple Crown

The PCA / Coworker Survey begins Monday, May 6.

Help your team win the Road to the Triple Crown by completing your survey. Teams from across the system will go head-to-head to see who can get the most participation. The matchups are:

  • Infirmary vs. Hot Springs
  • Morrilton vs. North
  • Medical Group vs. Heart Institute

Coworkers are encouraged to take the survey by May 12, but the survey will remain open until May 27.

During the first week, coworkers will have two ways to take the survey.

Rooms will be set up at each hospital, clinic and the Heart Institute for coworkers to take the survey. The rooms will also have fun giveaways, games and snacks to enjoy. Coworkers who participate the first week will be entered to win prizes.

You can also access the survey from an email you will receive on May 6 from Press Ganey. All coworkers hired before Feb. 5, 2019 are eligible to participate in the survey.

The survey will take about 20 minutes. Categories include questions about:

  • general engagement
  • safety culture
  • resilience
  • leadership engagement
  • upper management
  • nursing excellence
  • diversity
  • CommonSpirit Health
