International Nurses Join Team at Hot Springs & Infirmary

The Infirmary and Hot Springs recently welcomed six new international nurses.

Four will work at the Infirmary:

• Ivy Langga, from the Philippines, works on 3N Med/Surg
• Patience Shumba, from Nigeria, works in ICU
• Janice Messam-Smith, from Jamaica, works in ICU
• Ella Santos, from the Philippines, works in Behavioral Health

Two will work in Hot Springs:

• Chrysolite Poyaoan, from the Philippines, works in Med/Surg
• Anna Fucanan, from the Philippines, works in 5E Med/Surg

Although Hot Springs has employed international nurses for some time, these are the first at the Infirmary in a while. By the end of the year, another 20 international nurses are expected to join the team.
