It’s time for our FY 2019 year-end performance evaluations. Coworkers received an email in May, saying it is time to complete your performance evaluation. You have until June 30 to complete your self-evaluation in Workday.

Performance evaluations are focused on supporting each coworker’s professional and personal development and getting more feedback and coaching support from managers. We are using the tools in Workday to help.
Your self-evaluation is the time to assess your own performance, highlight your successes and identify development opportunities as you prepare for your performance conversation with your supervisor. Use this time to write down questions to take to your performance evaluation with your manager this summer.
