Update Your Flu Vaccine Status by Nov. 1

The 2026 flu vaccine is now available for all CHI St. Vincent team members and is required for all employees, physicians and APPs. The deadline to receive the flu vaccine (or submit a personal declination) and update your vaccine status is Nov. 1.

All team members can receive the vaccine from Employee Health at the Infirmary and Hot Springs campuses. There are only a few remaining flu shot clinic days on the calendar at the hospitals:

• Infirmary
  • Oct. 8, Physician Dining Room (physicians only), 7–9 a.m. and 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• Hot Springs
  • No remaining flu clinics
• North
  • Oct. 19, Regions Room, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Morrilton
  • Oct. 7 and Oct. 19
  • All dates in Employee Dining Room, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Team members may also choose to get the flu vaccine from other sources, such as their doctor or outside flu vaccine clinic. Once vaccinated, team members must also update their vaccine status and complete the survey in ReadySet. This updates your record in our HR systems and is the last step in complying with CommonSpirit’s flu vaccine policy.

To access ReadySet, first go to Employee Central. Click the “People” dropdown, then click “ReadySet (SSO)” on the right-hand side.

Team members who refuse the vaccine must submit their declination in ReadySet. Those team members will also be required to wear a mask at all times in CommonSpirit Health facilities, except in certain mask-free zones that will be defined for each location.
