Kevin Cullinan Named Vice President of Ancillary and Support Services

Kevin Cullinan has been promoted to vice president of Ancillary and Support Services. Kevin joined CHI St. Vincent in June of 2012 as an administrative fellow. He began his career in Strategy and Business Development until November 2014. He was then promoted to Market Director of Orthopedics and over time has continued to assume various additional responsibilities, including athletic trainers, therapy services, patient access, perioperative services, and most recently respiratory therapy.

Kevin has been instrumental in our success with the bundled payment for joint replacement program. He has become an expert in this area and is frequently called upon to speak within CHI as well as externally across the country. Kevin was recently  awarded the Tomorrow’s Leader by the Catholic Health Association. He serves on the boards of  Arkansas Specialty Surgery Center and the University  of Arkansas Fort Smith Master in Healthcare Administrative program.

Kevin is a graduate from the University at Albany with a degree in Business Administration and completed a Masters’s in Health Administration at Cornell University.

In addition to  Kevin’s current responsibilities, he now oversees Security, Clinical Engineering, and Facilities across the system. Kevin will also have oversight for Medical Diagnostics/Imaging at Infirmary, North and Morrilton working closely with John McHargue.

With Kevin’s promotion, he will continue as service line leader for orthopedics, but will take on a more active role to help further our system-wide Access center.

I have appreciated Kevin’s willingness to step up to any assignment. He has very effectively supported our Perioperative services at the Infirmary during our leadership transitions over this past year. Kevin will continue to report directly to Polly Davenport, COO and President.
