Kim Smith Named Hot Springs Service Hero

Kim Smith was named Service Hero at Hot Springs for displaying the value COMPASSION.

Kim had a patient from out of town that was involved in an accident. The whole family was present and had no money, no cards, not even any shoes. Kim, as always, took incredible care of her patient,  but she didn’t stop there. Noticing their situation, with her own money she bought pizza for the whole family and had it delivered. Something so simple, yet so powerful. Not only was the family touched by her kindness and generosity, so were we – her coworkers, but that is just the kind of person Kim is. She doesn’t do things for the recognition or praise, but because she knows it is the right thing to do.

We are blessed and proud to call her a coworker and are allowed to witness her Service Hero worthiness every time she works. Well done Kim!
