Marti Favorite Promoted to Lab Manager at Hot Springs and North

We are excited to announce that Marti Favorite has been promoted to Lab Manager for Hot Springs. In this role, Marti will have lab responsibilities for both the Hot Springs and North laboratories.

Marti joined Mercy Health in 2010. From September, 2013-February, 2014, Marti served as the Interim Core Lab Manager before transitioning to the Hematology department lead role. She has made a positive impact on the quality of this department to ensure all regulatory requirements are met for CLIA and accreditation with the College of American Pathologists. Marti is passionate about service to our organization as evidenced by her participation on both the Praise and Celebration and Stories and Strategies teams.

Marti holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas. In 1995, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the Baptist Schools of Allied Health and ranked number one in her class.

Marti and her husband have six children and attend Lake Valley Community Church. Please join us in congratulating Marti on this new role!
