Pets of St. Vincent – Willy
Our Pet of St. Vincent this week is a particular fellow, unless you want to join him for an excursion to the garden. This is Willy, a tabby belonging to Erin Henley, RN, PCC, of Hot Springs!
Erin says Willy is about 11 and a half years old, and is a bit of a chunky boy. He loves napping outside and getting shrimp or chicken for treats. He’s one of four family pets, but the only one he really likes cuddling up with is the family dog (the other cats annoy him). But what Willy loves most is smelling the flowers in the garden. Erin says she once found Willy seven doors down in a neighbor’s backyard, smelling flowers with a random German Shepherd. Willy did not know the German Shepherd, but that didn’t stop him from joining the dog in a nature walk.
We love a cat with a big personality, and Willy definitely has that! Thank you, Erin, for sharing him with us. Don’t forget, we want to feature your four-legged friend as a Pet of St. Vincent, too!
