Congratulations Savannah Ross, PCT, oncology unit, for being recognized as a Hot Springs service hero!
Savannah was nominated by a coworker for her kindness to a patient.
A young lady who was admitted to the hospital for several days had an awful mat in the back of her hair that she was just going to let her sister cut out.
Savannah worked diligently for over an hour to help wash and brush the patient’s hair. After the mat was brushed out, the patient was beaming! Savannah then took the time to French braid the patient’s hair. The patient loved it.
“It absolutely made her day that Savannah took the time to help this very sick young lady.”
