Service Hero Dorothy Orrell Brings a Smile to Everyone

Congratulations to Hot Springs coworker Dorothy Orrell in Environmental Services for being honored as a service hero. Below is a snip from her nomination:

“We’ve received multiple compliments regarding the level of service Dorothy Orrell provides in Environmental Services.  She’s been described as a ray of sunshine, making those she comes in contact with happier.  She is always smiling and when she walks in a patient’s room she brightens it up at least 10 degrees.  She is known to pray with a patient if needed.  She’s also been observed bringing a patient flowers from home that she knew was celebrating a birthday.”
