Tim Horton Named Service Hero at Infirmary

Tim Horton, a Patient Care Tech at the Infirmary, was named a Service Hero for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.

Horton was nominated by several of his coworkers, who noted his daily goal:

“Tim has made it his personal mission to get 100 or more smiles from people through his interactions with them every day. He keeps up with how many and will even tell people what number they are, which makes you smile even more. I think more people should mimic his friendliness and smiling personality.”

In his nomination, another coworker mentioned how Tim’s smile-collecting goal effects others around him.

“It makes everyone’s day light up. Tim is also always ready with a hug or pat on the back. If I ever need anything, I know Tim will be there, even if he isn’t on my team that day.”
