A Thanks to HR Leader Tim Osterholm, and Announcement of Departure
A message from CEO Chad Aduddell:
Tim Osterholm will be leaving his role as Vice President of Human Resources for CHI St. Vincent. Tim will continue to serve for the next couple of months and transition as we conduct a search for his replacement.
Tim came to CHI St. Vincent in 2007 as the Service Line Administrator for Outpatient and Ambulatory Services, including the Emergency Department, Dialysis, Lab, and Imaging Services. During that time, the new Emergency Department at the Infirmary was opened. After that, Tim became the Administrator for St. Vincent Doctors Hospital and had oversight for Behavioral Health and the Inpatient Acute Rehab. In 2009, Tim was promoted to the role of President, St. Vincent North, where he completed the renovation of the fourth floor to support the new Cath Labs and the integration of the Heart Clinic Arkansas physicians. In 2013, Tim moved into a system role as the Vice President of Human Resources for CHI St. Vincent and has served in that role since then.
During his eight years, Tim has served on several boards for our joint venture partnerships including: St. Vincent Breast Center, ECA, ASSC, Concentra, North River Surgery Center, and St. Vincent Rehab Hospital. Tim also enjoyed serving as the St. Vincent 5K Race Director.
As you can tell by his many diverse roles, Tim has been the consummate teammate. Tim will be pursuing a passion that he has been considering for some time – Executive Coaching and Team Building.
Please join me in thanking Tim for his years of service, and wishing him well in the next chapter of his career.
