Vickie Ford Recognized as Hot Springs Service Hero

Vickie Ford, who works in scheduling and registration in Hot Springs, was recognized as a Service Hero for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.

Vickie was nominated by the son of two patients who regularly visit the hospital and praise their frequent interactions with her.

“I’m not kidding when I say how often they both talk about this individual–95 percent of the conversation around the topic of CHI St. Vincent includes her. You would honestly think she is a family member. She is wonderful.”

The nomination praised Vickie’s helpfulness at answering questions or finding out the person who can answer them if she can’t.

“Vickie almost always knows the answer, and if not, she knows the right person to contact. I would like to recognize her for always being helpful, caring and friendly no matter the situation. CHI St. Vincent wouldn’t be the same without her.”
