2017 Healthy Challenges Announced for January

Start the New Year off healthier and happier! The Healthy Spirit team has coordinated challenges in Little Rock (with D1) and in Hot Springs to help coworkers achieve their health goals in 2017. Format
1. Weekly weigh-ins following the initial weigh-in
2. One maintenance weigh-in to follow
3. One-on-one dietary counseling with wellness assessment
4. Unlimited exercise classes with personal trainer

Weigh-in Information
Weigh-in Dates/Times: Mon. Jan 2-Thurs. Jan 5 *5am-8pm: Initial weigh-in (This is mandatory. Special arrangements can be made for schedule conflicts.)
o Thursday Feb 16 from 5am-8pm: Final weekly weigh-in.

Weigh-in Locations: D1 Sports Training and Therapy 10 Viewpointe Cove, Little Rock, AR

Grand Prize Drawing and Biggest Loser Eligibility
Participants must weigh-in at least 4 of the 8 weeks and show a decrease in weight.

Must weigh-in on first day of challenge and one of the last two weeks of the initial challenge. • Winner will be based on the percentage of your body weight lost.

• Wednesday, January 4: Initial weigh-in
(This is mandatory. Special arrangements can be made for schedule conflicts.)
• Wednesday, March 1: Final weekly weigh-in
• Wednesday, April 12: Maintenance weigh-in
Weigh-in Locations: Heart Center Lobby
Offsite coworkers may turn in their weight to a supervisor to email in.
Weigh-in times: 7:30-9am or 3-4:30pm

Grand Prize Drawing and Biggest Loser Eligibility

• Biggest Loser will be based on the percentage of your body weight lost.
Maintenance Challenge Eligibility
• Must participate and lose weight in the initial challenge to be eligible.
• Lose more weight or maintain your last weight from the challenge and be
entered in the drawing.

The $5 entry fee will be put into the prize pot.
1. 50% of the entry fee will be awarded to the Grand Prize Drawing winner.
2. 50% of the entry fee will be given to the Biggest Loser.
3. Drawing for a free fitting and pair of New Balance shoes.
4. Drawing for one week of free meals at clean eatery ($165 value).
5. Drawing for three months free membership at Lake Hamilton Health and Fitness.
