Bill Blanchard & Misti Flagg Recognized as Morrilton Service Heroes

Bill Blanchard and Misti Flagg were named Service Heroes in Morrilton for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.

Bill and Misti were called to Morrilton on a Sunday because the phone lines were down due to a power outage. One phone in the lab was down along with the copier and fax machine and none of the analyzers were communicating.

Bill and Misti went above and beyond to help the lab, taking pictures of every jack that a machine was hooked up to, then going to the data closet and tracing them. They worked on the phone with a network engineer until the issue was resolved.

They spent their day off on Sunday to get the lab up and running, ensuring that everything was repaired by Monday.
