Brussels Sprout Chips are a Healthy Alternative to Your Favorite Snack

Healthy isn’t usually the first word that comes to mind when you think of chips.
But this recipe for Brussels Sprout Chips gives you the satisfying crunch of your favorite chip without the calories.
This recipe includes just a handful of ingredients and comes together in less than 30 minutes, so you’ll be snacking away in no time!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Caesar dressing, for dipping (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, oil, cheese, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
- Spread in single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip and continue baking until golden and crispy, approximately 10 minutes.
- Garnish with more Parmesan and serve with Caesar dressing for dipping (optional).
