ACTION REQUIRED: Move Files to Google Drive by July 7

All CommonSpirit Health employees need to move any files on their workstation hard drive to Google Drive by July 7. This is in advance of the upcoming New Beginnings South domain migration.

With the domain migration, all coworkers will be receiving a new employee ID that will be used to login to your computer. Your ID is tied to the profile your computer uses to store and access your data. When your new ID goes into effect, any data stored under your former profile will be inaccessible.

To make sure you can still access your data, please move any files to your Google Drive by July 7. Those files can remain on your Google Drive, or you can move them back to your hard drive when your new employee ID goes into effect.
