Infirmary Social Worker Receives Patient’s Choice Award

Congratulations to Keyonna Giles, LMSW, at the Infirmary on receiving the Patient’s Choice Award! Keyonna was recognized after a patient wrote in praising the work she had done on their case. Here’s her nomination:

The People’s Choice Award comes from Press-Ganey surveys filled out by patients after their visit. These surveys are typically some of the most honest, straightforward feedback we get, and we are proud to recognize our coworkers when patients reach out and praise them.
