Brittany Cooper Named Service Hero at Hot Springs

Brittany D. Cooper, APRN-BC, a nurse practitioner at the Convenient Care Clinic in Hot Springs, was named a Service Hero for displaying the value of COMPASSION.
Brittany was nominated by a patient who visited the Convenient Care clinic. The patient went in for what they thought was a small issue and walked out of the clinic with a more serious diagnosis. The patient praised Brittany’s kindness and compassion in such difficult circumstances.
“Brittany was upfront and caring the entire time. I asked for the facts and she delivered them in an extremely timely manner using her time and resources to get me information all in the space of a few hours. She asked me to come back after my hospital test and that she would go over the results with me in detail.”
As Brittany went through the details of the diagnosis, the patient began to cry. Brittany immediately began to pray for the patient and their healing.
“I have never had this experience in my long life. I was touched to the core. I wanted to let you know that Brittany started my journey in the perfect way. And I will always be grateful to her for this.”
