Coworkers Receive 2% Raise; Hourly Minimum Increased to $12

Our ministry is committed to being a great place to work. As part of that commitment, we want to invest in our coworkers by implementing a 2% pay increase that will be effective Oct. 6.
We also want to continue to be competitive in the job market and will be increasing the minimum hourly rate for coworkers to $12.
The 2% raise and the increase in the hourly rate will both become effective Oct. 6 and be reflected on the Oct. 25 paychecks.
Watch this short video from CEO Chad Aduddell about the reasons WHY this pay increase was provided:
Coworkers not eligible for the 2% raise include:
- Any coworker who received an increase in July
- Leaders who will receive merit increases based upon their Leadership Evaluation Manager (LEM) results
- Physicians
- Nurses
- PRNs
- Coworkers hired on or after July 1, 2019
- Coworkers on a final warning, Performance Improvement Plan or who received below expectations on their annual review.
Coworkers who are at the top of their salary grade or become topped out due to the 2% increase will be paid the full or remaining amount in 26 equal payments.
