CHI St. Vincent Receives Donor Platinum Award

The Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency (ARORA), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Health Resources & Services Administration awarded Platinum Recognition to CHI St. Vincent.

The award was presented at ARORA’s Function at the Junction April 27 at the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock. The award, part of the National Hospital Organ Donation Campaign, recognizes CHI St. Vincent for “encouraging hospital staff and community members to enroll in their state registry as organ, eye and tissue donors.”

April is Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Month. CHI St. Vincent participated in several activities throughout the month, including having registration tables located periodically at each hospital campus.
