Thanks to everyone who participated in the annual Coworker Survey in May. Since then, leaders and teams in CommonSpirit have used your feedback to develop and implement action plans.
A quick “pulse” survey will be emailed to a random selection of coworkers on Dec. 2. The survey will remain open until Dec. 23.
The brief survey will take just a few minutes. The follow-up survey results will help us identify where we can continue to improve together.
If you receive an email invitation to participate, please take the survey. The emails, which include personal survey links, will come from our survey partner SMD. The link you receive is just for you; please don’t share it with others.
If you receive a survey email and have any issues using the link or if you receive but can’t find your email, there will be a general survey link you can use, which will be available soon. To use the general link, you’ll need to sign in using your employee ID and birthdate information; the general link will only work for employees who were selected for this survey.
If you don’t know your employee ID, you can find it on your most recent pay statement in HR/Payroll Connect (CHI-affiliated employees) or Service Matters HR (Dignity Health-affiliated employees)
