Day or Night, Assistance is Available

Sometimes, we need a little help reaching our full potential.

Take a moment to reflect on your life and the obstacles that may be holding you back from reaching your goals. Maybe you’re having trouble paying off student loans or credit card debt, having relationship difficulties with a spouse or family member, or dealing with high levels of stress. Whatever the challenge, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help.

To connect with a counselor, call 877-679-3819

The EAP connects individuals with licensed counselors who can help find solutions for common obstacles, such as:

Services available through the EAP include workplace training for supervisors and employees as well as advice about how to hone your communication skills, become more assertive and better address conflict. The EAP can also help caregivers and those dealing with high levels of stress prioritize self-care through healthier habits like getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet and making time for exercise.

Finally, the EAP can connect Catholic Health Initiatives employees with the resources necessary to address specific financial and legal concerns, including credit counseling and financial planning; bankruptcy, family, elder and accident law; estate planning; and identify fraud resolution. Counseling sessions can take place in person or over the phone. If you need a referral to a medical provider, EAP counselors can facilitate those appointments.

In addition to speaking with a counselor, our EAP offers access to Achieve Solutions’ online database of confidential, interactive resources spanning more than 200 self-help topics. To learn more, visit www.achievesolutions.net/chi.
