“Go for Glory: Amplify Your Voice” in the MyVoice Survey!

It’s time for the MyVoice Survey! The confidential survey is open from April 30-May 21, 2024.

Your responses to this survey help us find new ways to support you and to thank you for your dedication to the ministry.

There are multiple ways to access the survey:

• Open the personal survey link emailed to you April 30 from [email protected]
• Visit www.MyEmployeeExperience.org
• Take the survey on site at your hospital’s designated space (see below for more information)
• Scan the QR code below. If you are eligible for the MyVoice Physician and Advanced Practice Provider survey, you can also use the same QR code to access that survey.

There will be laptops/computers set-up for workers to take the survey from Tuesday, April 30 through Friday, May 3. There will be games, snacks and prizes including free meal tickets!
