Hot Springs Holds Winter 2024 Nurse Residency Graduation
Congratulations to the Winter 2024 Nurse Residency Program graduates from Hot Springs! Six RNs who completed the nurse residency program were recognized on Wednesday, December 18 at a ceremony in the Dublin Room.

The nursing residency program helps newly licensed and new-to-practice nurses transition to practice in a safe and effective manner. Nurse residents are supported throughout their first year and are assigned to a unit after they complete their program components.
