HUSH Program Makes Big Noise at Hot Springs

Hot Springs launched a quiet time program themed HUSH (Help Us Support Healing) in all units on June 18. Quiet times have been shown to have positive impact on patient experience and outcomes. The times launched in Hot Springs are daily from 2-3pm and from 10pm-4am.

The program featured posters that will hang in all units and cards that will be inserted in Patient Guides that explain the program and list the quiet hours. Materials were created using some very influential models (Carter Odle, son of Laura Odle, RN 3W ; Mia Webb, granddaughter of Vicky Sanders, Nurse Manager; and Braeleigh Comstock, granddaughter of Sharon Comstock, RN OR).
