It’s Time to Redeem Your Wellness Dollars
As you are preparing for fall, don’t forget to cash in your wellness dollars. If you have earned wellness dollars this year, please make sure to redeem them by the end of the day on Oct. 31, 2019. This means you will need to allocate your earned wellness dollars for either a Health Account Contribution and/or Gift Card(s) by Oct. 31, 2019 or you will forfeit your remaining earned wellness dollars.
Please Note:
- Health Account Contributions are available to anyone enrolled in a CHI Medical Plan
- Gift cards are available to anyone eligible for or enrolled in a CHI Medical Plan. Gift cards are considered taxable wages and will be subject to income tax withholding and payroll taxes
You can redeem your wellness dollars by visiting your wellness website > selecting “Rewards” > choosing “Spend Rewards” from the drop-down menu or by clicking here. Here you can view your wellness dollar balance and choose to redeem your wellness dollars as either a gift card or health account contribution.
