It’s Time to Talk about Merit Increases!

First, I want to personally thank you for all you have done to support our mission, your department and your fellow coworkers!
On Wednesday, November 2, you will receive an email from EmployeeCentral notifying you of your increase. Your increase is effective Sunday, October 30, and will be reflected in your pay beginning Friday, November 18.
Your percentage of increase is based upon your annual review rating. If you had a “meets expectations” you will receive a 4% increase this year. If you were given an “exceeds expectations” you can expect a 4.25% increase. And, those who received a “significantly exceeds expectations” will receive a 4.75% increase.
Our ministry can take care of some of the sickest Arkansans because of the work you do, so thank you!
