As we celebrated our RN Residency Program graduates, a couple coworkers were recognized for standing out throughout the year.
Congrats Justin Hicks, RN, for winning the Infirmary Preceptor award!
Justin is a nurse of 8E and he precepted Omar Johnson and Jess Martin during their time as RN residents. He was nominated by the RNRPs for helping onboard and train them in their department.
Justin went above and beyond to help the RNRPs, and always recognized staff on their birthday with a cake.
He also helped patients by getting things they needed, even buying them glasses!
