Kelly Thompson Recognized as North Service Hero

Congratulations Kelly Thompson, EEG Tech, for being chosen as a CHI St. Vincent North Service Hero!

Kelly was nominated by four different patients for this award!

The nominations were as follows:

“Kelly has gone above and beyond to do her job and then some. She made sure I could stay up when I needed to and always asked me if I was ok and if I needed anything.  She got me snacks and paid out of her own pocket. She is outstanding and I would recommend her to everyone. Kelly needs a raise.”

“I was on seizure watch for 6 days. Ms. Kelly made sure I was comfy in all of my wires and always made sure they were exactly where they needed to be to get the best information for my doctor. She even made me all the coffee for my sleep deprivation. She kept me happy and comfy all with 2 broken ribs.”

“Wonderful personality and went above and beyond for me. Thank you for your generosity.”

“Kelly went above and beyond during my admit. She is an example of employees that care about their jobs and patients. She is unique and professional. As bad as this admit was for me, she helped me through it. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, your compassionate heart is what healthcare needs more of.”
